I am a sophomore and 5′2 and 90 pounds. I’m pretty skinny and have a small chest. Where are some places I can get a really cute homecoming dress? (besides DEB and jcpenny)
Also, what looks would look good on me and possibly make my chest look bigger?

Since you’re so small you should go with a short dress. I really like the white halter dress with the black bow from nordstrom that the other girl suggested.

Draped or cowl necklines, ruched or gathers busts, and empire busts give fullness to a small bust. Beaut necklines and strapless are also flattering.

well im a freshman and 5′3 and 100pds so we’re about the same. i got my dress at DEB. usually i dont like that store but the dress i got is really cute. its purple kinda short with a bow on the side

I think If you get this in the right size it will give you more bustage
