How long does it take a prom dress to come in once you’ve picked one out at a dress shop?

I don’t have the money yet for a prom dress and I just want to know if I’ll still have time to get the dress in for when my prom date is (May 10th). I should have some money by the end of this month but I know once you order it it takes time for your size/color to come in stock. Will I still be able to get one by then?

About 2-3 weeks, depending on where you order it from. If you pay for it by the end of the month you should be fine!!

It usually doesnt take any longer than a month. I wouldnt worry about it unless you need to get alterations made…and even then, that shouldnt take any longer than 1-2 weeks. Good Luck!!!
