Formal Dress?

I’m planning a formal sweet 16 party and I’ve been looking online for dresses but there’s one type of dress I really want but can’t find.
First of all, it has to be RED(!!!), and preferably floor length.
I really want the dress to have the design like the one in this picture:

The top design is very unique, and i cant find any like that.
Here are some, though, that are red halter floor lenghthers.
