I don’t think this is meant to be hip hop at all. I mean, he did say that this album was a rock album. He’s not the best at singing and so auto-tuning is probably necessary. That gives it a pop sound. I respect him so much just for attempting this shit, he wrote the guitar too from what I heard.
My point is that this shit takes balls for someone to do especially since he’s a huge hip-hop icon.
Which is why it’s taking so long for this to come out. The label is scared of him not selling.
