The remake of ‘Prom Night’ is coming in April, but i thought so the original won’t be forgotten (don’t take that the wrong way, i have mixed feelings for it) i’d post the original trailer

    yep. no one is being orignal.theres so many re rapes i mean remakes that its like a slap in the face to us horror fans like sayn hey were better fuck u!!why dont they introduce the younger generation with something new.if they wanna know about old school then go out and rent some or im sure a older cousin or someone has a huge collection.the dumbing down to a PG-13 is another thing that irratates me.

    Everyone knows this current trend of remaking horror is ruining the memory of the originals, even the classic remakes are better then these. The Thing is just one example of how to do a remake well.

    Leslie Neilsen and Jamie Lee Curtis are IN this one, what does the remake have, just a bunch of no-names who have no acting talent what so EVER, just scream and run around everywhere.

    What’s wrong with YOU? ALL new horror movies are ALL the same! old horror movies aren’t. And I mean ones from the 30s and 80s. I don’t know what else to say, but you’ll probably rebound with the same old (hence I said “old”) crap of how the new ones are better, even though they NEVER will, so deal with it.

    umm well it was made in 1980 so of course the sound and all the other technology isnt gonna be as good as remakes b/c technology gets better over time.

    What`s wrong with you people??
    Remakes are way better. Even though 2008 Prom Night don`t seem nothing like this one, except it`s title.
    I hate old horror movies, they all just suck; the only thing that`s scary about them is the bad way they were made(the sound sucks, hence the scariest part of it; the image sucks even more, not the mention the acting-so unrealistic). I`d rather watch this remakes, luckly they aren`t copied totally .
