Most likely. You can also try the do it yourself method: hang the dress up in a bathroom while someone takes a long, hot shower with the vent fan off.

Yes they can. One of the bridesmaid’s in my wedding left her dress in the bag for WEEKS, so the entire lower half of the dress was bunched up and wrinkled. She took it to the dry cleaners and they steamed the wrinkles out. But she paid almost the same amount for having it steamed as she would have paid if she had gotten it dry cleaned.

The woman at the dry cleaners told her that in the future she should hang such garments on wooden hangers, and the wrinkles would fall out. And if she wanted a quick and cheap “fix”, she could turn on the hot water in her shower, hang the dress (or whatever article of clothing) in the bathroom but away from the shower, and close the bathroom door. The humidity would help the wrinkles fall out.
