In the spring before prom time.

April- July. Thats when most graduations are so you should sell at prime time. My graduation was in June, but some people get out early. Even if the people don’t get out early, some people dont want to worry about getting a dress at the last minute.

The best time, is actually during Prom Season. All the girls are frantic, like animals, looking for dresses. If you sell them then, there is probably a better chance of people buying them.
